Head of Sales TV (Hisense)


Major Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Continuous local stock management

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in marketing or business administration
  • Min 10 years’ experience in professional sales
  • Min 2 years’ experience as a sales manager with proven sales records
  • Experience in Home Appliance is preferred, but not a must
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing is a must
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Result driven, professional, always looking for new ways to develop yourself
  • Driving license “B” (active driving) 
  • Interest in technology and technological innovations

We are looking for a high performing Key account/product manager at the field of small domestic appliances.

SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) Key Account/Product Manager


Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned Brands and Products (CEE)
  • Responsible for a double-digit sales figure across all solutions and strategic verticals
  • Maximize sales output and meet monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans
  • Recommend and implement channel strategy, daily issues troubleshooting
  • Building and maintaining the best possible business relationship with domestic accounts
  • Making agreements with relevant stores on special displays (endcap, island, etc). Checking In/store management improvement possibilities during shop visits
  • Set up the Products positioning, ensure proper competitiveness and pricing
  • Prices preparation, product development for assigned brand
  • Sales program and marketing activity coordination and management
  • Promotional activities to be planned and evidences to be collected for on-time settlement
  • Constantly monitoring and analysis the online offers, data and content and competitors
  • Continuous local stock management
  • Product trainings/ dealer support
  • Contribute in building up commercial actions to support sales target in cooperation with other departments
  • Cooperate with Demand Planning to create precise sales forecast. Update forecast charts and order sheets based on sales managers and partners instructions
  • Daily cooperation with HA Sales Team member
  • Strong co-operation with other departments
  • Precise follow-up of the sales administration
  • Prepare Regular reports towards supervisor 
  • Reporting to Sales Manager 

Requirements:

  • University/College degree
  • Min 7 years’ experience in professional sales
  • Experience in Home Appliance is preferred, but not a must
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing is a must
