We are looking for a high performing Trade Marketing Manager at the field of Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances.

Trade Marketing Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Determines and deliver the annual marketing for TV and Home Appliance business  strategy aligned with yearly sales targets
  • Being responsible for the yearly marketing budget
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns for in-store presence by combining communication platforms (POP materials, website, social media, digital, promoter activities, in-store shows, catalogues, ATL, advertising, PR, etc)
  • Managing in time product launch using relevant retail and marketing activities such as in-store positioning, events, ATL, BTL, PR, digital, social media
  • Managing and supervising display stand/ island production and distribution and maintain outstanding shop presence, as well as the POS/ POP materials
  • Developing and responsible for the promoter team
  • Event management: occasionally arranging business and PR events
  • Collaborates with Slovenian and Chienese headquarters and prepares reports
  • Contributes to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in marketing or business administration
  • Min 5 years experience in marketing, especially trade marketing
  • Experience in Home Appliance and Consumer Electonics is preferred, but not a must
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writting is a must
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Result driven professional always looking for new ways to develop yourself.
  • Driving license “B” (active driving)
  • Interest in technology and technological innovations

Personal skills:

  • Strong communication and project management skill

Sales Manager TV (Hisense)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in marketing or business administration
  • Min 10 years years experience in professional sales
  • Min 2 years experience as a sales manager with proven sales records
  • Experience in Home Appliance is preferred, but not a must
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing is a must
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Result driven professional always looking for new ways to develop yourself.
